ACELYNK's Recommended Scheduled Reports

ACELYNK's Recommended Scheduled Reports

Reporting capabilities provide companies with the visibility needed to increase compliance, maintain organization, and ensure timely submissions. There are several Reports available within the Reports Module that we recommend all filers automate to be received on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis depending on your operations.
The following is a list of Reports that we recommend being generated and sent out in an automated fashion:

1. Daily Statement Audit Report
Provides a list of unpaid Entries that are currently on Statement. The purpose of this report is to help make sure filers know the status of their unpaid Entries and eliminate the potential for late-payment fines.

2. Duty Forecast Report
Shows all Released Shipments, regardless of whether the Entry is on Statement or not, and displays the amount owed to Customs, giving Filers an advance notice of what is due.

3. Pending Summary Report
Shows filers which transactions have a 3461 on file, but the 7501 has yet to be submitted. Catching which Entries are pending Summary will avoid late 7501 submission and associated fees from Customs.

4. Pending Release Report
Shows a list of Entries that have been accepted, but no release has been received from CBP. This can let filers know that an Entry is coming up on statement, but not released, so they can advance the statement date as needed.

5. Pending Exportation Entries Report (for InBond Filers)
Shows a list of all the InBonds that have been filed (T&E or IE) that have not been closed out or “Exported.”

6. Pending Arrival InBond Report (for InBond Filers)
Shows a list of all InBonds that have not been Arrived.

7. FTZ Tally-in Pending Concurrence Report
Shows the e214s that have been accepted but not closed out with CBP. Submitting the concurrence is the final step in the e214 filing process. If you fail to submit the concurrence, fees and General Order notices will be assessed. A very important Report for FTZ filers to maintain compliance and eliminate unnecessary fees and GO notices.
